Frequent Asked Questions

How do I reserve a rental?
Call us to specify your dates. That’s it! No payment is necessary until you pick up the projector or we deliver it to you.

Do I need to sign any contracts?
We have a simple contract that state basic terms and conditions. The contract will be provided to you prior to the payment.

Do you offer half day rentals?
All our projectors are rented out for a minimum of 24 hour period.

What is your damage policy?
You are responsible of the projector and all other rental equipment from the time of pick up (or delivery) until you return it to us. If the equipment is lost or damaged, we will charge you for the retail value of the equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order 24 hours prior the rental date in order to avoid charges.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept visa, master card, and cash. Please note that you will still be asked to provide a credit card if you pay with cash. We will keep this credit card on file until you return the projector.

Is a rental deposit required?
No, we will require a credit card and a driving license for security. The credit card will only be charged if the projector is damaged, lost, or stolen.
